The University of Kansas Department of Biology has joined with PVEN to sponsor: the future of plant virus ecology, Lawrence Kansas, from September 10-13, 2012. This jointly sponsored meeting will be the fifth workshop of the NSF-sponsored Plant Virus Ecology Network. This final workshop will be dedicated principally to assembling integrated interdisciplinary teams to apply for funding to further the research aims developed during the fourth workshop. NSF PVEN funds will be used to provide the following for US PVEN participants:

  • Registration
  • Three nights lodging at hotel Oread. All the Registered members will need to make their own reservations for the rooms that are reserved for the PVEN.
  • Transportation to and from Kansas City (MCI). To strectch available funds as far as possible, please try, within reason, to choose the least expensive route.
